I believe in living as toxic-free as possible. I use these oils for their health benefits for myself and my family. They personally support me in many ways. When it comes to my emotions, certain oils can calm me down and relax me, while others lift my spirits. I also use essential oils for any skin condition such as diaper rash or psoriasis. I have even used certain oils for post-operative nausea which saves me every time! I use oils for any kind of discomfort such as headaches, teething, and period cramps. I diffused oils
in the hospital room while I was laboring and giving birth to aid in building up stamina. When a family member is sick, I use various oils to keep a fever down or boost our immune system. The uses are truly unlimited!

I use Young Living oils because they are pure, contain no pesticides/chemicals, and come from the highest quality botanicals. These oils are more than just pleasant scents, although, smell can evoke an emotion or response in your brain faster than injecting something into your bloodstream. That’s why diffusing essential oils is so effective. Essential oils can also be applied topically, or some taken internally.
